Two curated pathways of recommended classes are released weekly (on Sundays) to support your movement and mindfulness selections. Choose the (Expansive) Guide when your energy is high and you’re looking to expand your limits — or — choose the (Nourishing) Guide when your body is asking for practices that feel restorative and medicinal.
